STEM Taskforce

Charge

The Nevada State College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Task Force is comprised of representatives from the School of Liberal Arts & Science and the School of Education. The Taskforce is charged with identifying funding proposals and interdisciplinary programs that promote STEM jobs in Nevada.

Structure

Membership

The membership of the STEM Taskforce is as follows: 

• Two representatives from the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences 
• Two representatives from the School of Education

Members shall serve on the committee at the discretion of the Provost.

Administrative Staff

Primary staff will be provided by the Chair of the STEM Taskforce.

Meetings

The STEM Taskforce meetings are scheduled regularly during the academic year.

The Chair of the committee sets the agenda in consultation with the STEM Taskforce members.
