Study Abroad in Dublin Ireland

Nevada State College and the School of Education are pleased to announce the first study abroad program...

Teachers make a significant difference in the lives of today’s children and tomorrow’s leaders. As an education student at Nevada State College, you will get the knowledge and experience you need to thrive and succeed in this vital profession, which spans vast areas of interest and walks of life.

Education students at NSC choose from several program options, including three separate degrees in elementary education, five degrees in secondary education and majors in speech pathology.

No matter which track you choose, you’ll learn in small classes with experienced faculty. Each of our education professors combine extensive classroom experience and scholarship with a personal approach.

You will also get plenty of experience of your own. NSC has a strong relationship with our local school district, where all of our education students get to participate in classroom observations and extensive student teaching.

We invite you to visit our campus or contact us to learn more about teacher preparation at NSC and apply today.
