Instruction and Information Literacy

To support Nevada State College’s continuing commitment to the integral relationship between liberal arts and sciences and information literacy, the library provides the following services:
1. library staff to teach classes on library use and information literacy
2. library staff to guest lecture on specific research topics
3. physical and online reserves to support the curriculum
4. continuous and knowledgeable support inside the library to all students and staff that request it.
5. comprehensive remote services including online journals, ebooks, online databases, and online reference services.

11/11/06New Bibliography Tool Added! We have just added  Refworks - a tool to help you keep track of your research and create a perfect bibliography in any style (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc) you choose! Creating an account is free and easy.

11/11/06New NetLibrary Collection Added! We just added 524 titles to our eBook collection. These titles are in nursing, education, and psychology. You cantake a look at all the new additions, or just jump right in to NetLibrary!
