Information for Faculty & Staff
Academic Regalia
Faculty and staff who have their own regalia are invited to please dress and process in the ceremony. Anyone who needs to rent or purchase regalia, please contact the Bookstore by April 11, 2008 at (702) 992-2340.
Pre-Commencement Gathering
Faculty and staff must arrive by 6:30 p.m. to the designated faculty/staff area. There will be volunteers available to assist in finding the correct location. At 6:50 p.m. all faculty and graduates will begin to line up for the procession which will begin precisely at 7:00 p.m.
Parking
Parking is available in the Pavilion lot. It is free of charge.
Social Gathering
The ceremony will last approximately an hour and 30 minutes (7:00 to 8:30pm). A short social gathering will immediately follow the ceremony just inside the Pavilion gates. This will give faculty an opportunity to meet with students and their families.
