The building's exterior is a non-structural concrete masonry veneer. The building's construction will contribute to sustainability by a 21% reduction beyond the required overall energy code. In addition, building materials used for the construction of the building will have at least 10% recycled content. Paints, carpets and composite woods used inside the building will be low-emitting volatile organic compounds.
