Through a community health nursing class, Nevada State College nursing students learned about the impact of cultural diversity on community health. Throughout the semester, the students worked diligently to assist refugees in the Las Vegas area adjust to their new lives in the United States, ultimately organizing a health fair in conjunction with Planned Parenthood.(Learn More)
